As the Director of Digital Marketing and Communication Strategy Graduate Programs at John Carroll University, I spearhead the development of innovative course content for our graduate programs, including an MS degree and three stackable certificates in various areas of digital marketing. My responsibilities encompass curriculum planning, recruitment strategy, student advising, and fostering industry connections for internships and career opportunities. My aim is to cultivate a dynamic learning environment where students can enhance their skills in digital marketing, communication strategy, customer experience management, and data analytics.

Conceptualized and formed the nonprofit organization. Oversaw the constitution of the Board of Directors. Established by-laws in collaboration with the legal team and other directors. Raised capital and set the vision and mission of the organization while establishing accountability measures and financial policies and structures for viability.

Consultant, ZOOM mobile (2008-2010)

At the time, ZOOM was the 4th Largest Telecommunications Company in Nigeria. Monitored the positioning of the company and its portrayal in different media, such as newspapers, television, radio, and the Internet. Studied the African telecommunications market for ZOOM mobile’s competitive advantage and offered professional advice on its business communications plans.

Created, negotiated, and pitched the storyline and production several programs; oversaw the financing of two mini-documentaries, and several short pieces, and directed and supervised the production and distribution of short television programs titled "Called" for EWTN Television Network, Irondale, Alabama, U.S.A.

Founder, Igbo Catholic Community of Northeast Ohio (2010-2012)

As Founder of the Igbo Catholic Community of Northeast Ohio in 2010, I took action to mobilize, inspire, and negotiate with Nigeria Catholics living in Northeast Ohio and ultimately organize them into an active community. This entailed leading this organization for two years, as well as executing a detailed succession plan for its operations. Through successful dedication over two years with my team, we built a solid foundation from which the Igbo Catholic Community has flourished over the past 10 years.

In 2012, I co-founded the Igbo Catholic Community in Fresno, CA. As a co-founder of the community, I collaborated closely with other stakeholders to develop plans for the groundwork and growth of this organization.
